Air Demand and Free Air Delivery Sizing Calculator
Size from measured demand rather than from the rating of the machine you are replacing. List each group of air users, say what share of the shift each one actually runs, then add an allowance for leakage and for the demand you expect to add later. The answer is the free air delivery to state on the enquiry, in both cfm and m³/min.

Fill in your air users above and press Size the machine.
Duty % is the share of running time each group actually draws air, which is what stops a list of nameplate ratings turning into a machine twice the size you need. The conversion used is 1 m³/min = 35.3147 cfm. Leakage and future-demand allowances are your own assumptions, not measurements: the calculator applies whichever ones you pick and shows them back to you.
